Biannual Officer Conferences
We hold biannual Norstar Officer and Crew Conferences. These gatherings bring together our seafarers, technical managers, and shipowners to exchange knowledge, discuss safety practices, and strengthen the bond between crew and shore teams. It’s a space for honest feedback and shared learning.
Training Support
We offer hands-on learning through our in-house ECDIS and engine room simulators, along with advanced courses in Bridge and Engine Room Management, and safety refreshers. We also provide customized modules through industry leaders like Karco, Seagull, CAE-MCRM, and Marlins, so you’re always learning and evolving.

Prepare Your Documents
Before you apply, please ensure you have the following documents prepared: a valid STCW certificate, a valid passport and seaman book, a current medical certificate, and your sea service record (if available).

Once we receive your application, our recruitment team will review your qualifications. If you’re the right fit for our fleet, we’ll get in touch with you directly to proceed with the next steps.
You ask, we answer
We currently recruit seafarers from Myanmar, India, the Philippines, Indonesia, and other regions, depending on vessel requirements and client needs. Applicants must meet international certification and communication standards.
All contracts are MLC-compliant CBA with clear salary terms, fair rotation schedules, and on-time payments. Contract length depends on rank and vessel type.

Once your application is complete and documents are verified, our recruitment team typically contacts shortlisted candidates within 2 to 3 weeks, depending on vessel scheduling and visa procedures.
