Norstar Crew Management is part of the Norstar Group, a maritime company established in London in 1998 by shipowners with deep operational roots.
Founded by Chris and Tom Bonehill, sons of a captain, the Group was shaped by firsthand exposure to vessel life and a strong respect for seafarers. This background informs our approach to crew management — practical, responsive, and focused on long-term performance.
